How the company presents its trading model

More Computers Ltd. describes itself as a UK-registered company registered for UK VAT, able to issue a full VAT invoice, and states that it ships from the UK so that buyers do not face import taxes. It presents this in contrast to overseas sellers, which it says often exclude import taxes from their prices and fall outside UK law and the Distance Selling Regulations. The company also states that it pays its taxes in the UK, employs a local workforce and answers the telephone.

On delivery and pricing, the site states that delivery charges are shown on every product page, that most products are available with free delivery, that expedited delivery options exist, that only one delivery charge applies per order rather than per item, that all deliveries are insured at no extra cost, and that there is no minimum order value and no cancellation fee. Prices are displayed both excluding and including VAT.

Customer feedback and marketplace presence

The company reports that customers can review its service through Google Certified Shop and TrustPilot, both described as collecting reviews from confirmed customers, and that it also trades on Amazon and eBay under the name MoreFrom. At the time of writing, the site referred to more than 3,000 Amazon reviews. It also states that it has served thousands of customers over the years.
