Groomi: deshedding tools and pet care sold online from the UK

Groomi is a British online retailer built around its own grooming tool, the Groomi deshedding brush, and a wider catalogue of dog care products. The shop presents itself as the maker of the Groomi brush and also stocks selected ranges from other brands. Its site lists the United Kingdom as its default country and prices in pounds sterling, with free delivery advertised on orders of £20 or more.

The Groomi brush and the full kit

The centrepiece of the catalogue is the Groomi Deshedding Brush, listed in a 2.0 version marked as new. It is sold individually at £14.99 and as part of The Groomi full kit at £35.99. The company describes the tool as effective while being gentle on the pet, and backs purchases with a money-back guarantee if the pet is not fully satisfied, according to its own product description.

Own-brand shampoos, deodorisers and sprays

Beyond the brush, Groomi sells its own pet care line. The range includes No Rinse Pooch Shampoo in a 200 ml format at £12.99 and Groomi Pet Care Doggy Deodorizer in a 250 ml bottle at £11.99. The shop also organises its offer into categories for dog shampoo and no-rinse products, deodorising sprays, detangling sprays, dental care and behavioural sprays, alongside dog treats.

Other brands stocked

The catalogue is not limited to Groomi's own products. The site lists collections for Bugalugs hair care, Pony Jet, Yummi Pet Food and BinMi, and mentions a Groomi/See Change no-rinse shampoo line. These are presented as ranges the shop stocks rather than products manufactured by Groomi.

Recognition and customer feedback

The storefront states that Groomi has appeared on Dragons' Den and describes the product as "TikTok viral". It also indicates that the products are made in the UK. These figures reflect the information shown on the site at the time of writing this profile.

Buying from Groomi

The shop operates with a UK default storefront and offers a country selector covering the United Kingdom, Ireland, several European countries, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, among others, with local currencies for some markets. It also runs a rewards programme and a newsletter sign-up that advertises 10% off a first order. A trade section and a blog are part of the site.
