Atlas Records

Used vinyl across formats and eras

Atlas Records sells second-hand 7-inch singles, 10-inch records and 12-inch albums, with listings spanning music from the 1960s to the present. The site describes a stock of more than 20,000 records and displays new arrivals, bestsellers and rare items. Product cards identify the pressing or edition, condition grade, price and availability; the homepage sample includes titles such as Jefferson Airplane’s *Thirty Seconds Over Winterland* and Peter Green’s *Little Dreamer*.

Cleaning, grading and condition details

The shop says each used record goes through its cleaning and grading process before dispatch, and provides a separate grading guide to explain how condition is assessed. Listings display grades for the record and sleeve, such as EX/EX, so buyers can compare condition as well as title and pressing. Atlas presents this process as a way to help customers understand what they are buying; the grade shown on the individual listing remains the relevant reference for each copy.

Rare finds, first pressings and new arrivals

The catalogue is organised around new arrivals, rare vinyl, bestsellers, featured items and ultra-rare releases. Other collections include first pressings, audiophile pressings, pre-orders, modern pressings and artist pages. Genre navigation covers areas such as punk, progressive, folk, rock, new wave, heavy metal, soul, reggae and 1980s pop. The store advertises that more than 100 records are added each day, while featured drops and limited copies can sell out.

Accessories, gifts and selling a collection

Alongside records, Atlas lists inner and outer protective sleeves, merchandise and gift vouchers. The website has a Sell Your Collection section for people looking to offer records to the shop, as well as a help centre with delivery, returns and frequently asked questions. Buyers can browse by format and price band, including separate ranges for LPs and 7-inch records, then review the terms shown for the selected item and order.

Ordering and shop information

The site advertises same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:30, free delivery above £40 and free returns. It shows a 4.91 out of 5 rating based on 3,965 reviews on the captured storefront. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling, and the shop has an email newsletter for offers, stories and events. Dispatch cut-offs, delivery eligibility, return conditions and stock can change, so customers should check the current product and policy pages before ordering.
