Spares2you

Spares2you, spare parts for household appliances and cleaning equipment

Spares2you is a family-run business founded in 2001, originally operating from a small shop in the village of East Preston. As demand grew, the company relocated to a larger warehouse unit in Rustington, where it has been based since 2005. According to its own account, that move allowed it to hold more branded stock, particularly Kärcher and VAX, which the company states now occupy more than half of its storage space.

The catalogue is organised around appliance type and manufacturer, and the site invites customers to search by model number to locate the right component.

Brands and product ranges

The retailer describes itself as a supplier of spares and accessories for popular appliance manufacturers, with a stated large range covering Kärcher, Sebo, W4, Polti and Numatic. The catalogue extends well beyond those names, with dedicated sections for Dyson, Gtech, Victor, Bissell, Electrolux, Oreck, Miele, Hoover, Panasonic, Shark and genuine VAX parts.

• Cleaning machines: steam cleaners, steam irons, steam mops and vacuum cleaners, including a Kärcher spares section.
• Small home appliances: clothes airers, cooling fans, dehumidifiers, heated blankets, kettles and toasters, plus Dyson Airwrap, fan and hair dryer accessories.
• Kitchen appliance spares: food mixers, tap cartridges, water boilers, capacitors, carbon brushes, cookers, cooker hoods, freezers, fridges, microwaves, washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers and coffee machines.
• Home and lighting: lighting, security, smart home devices, smoke alarms, batteries, AV cables and accessories, DIY tools, electrical accessories and travel accessories.
• Vacuums and floorcare: universal vacuum cleaner spares, steam mop spares and parts for the vacuum brands listed above, alongside microfibre cloths.
• Garden spares: garden lighting, garden machine spares, Kärcher pressure washers, plantcare and garden items, and VAX pressure washer spares.
• W4 caravan spares: Berker sockets and switches, push-fit water pipe fittings, security and locks, 12-volt and 240-volt electrical items, awning bits, bulbs and lamps, cargo control, catches and fittings, washroom fixings, fuses, guylines and pegs, stickers, panel switches and indicators, tow hitch accessories and water products.

Kärcher manual cleaning

Within the cleaning range, the shop stocks a Kärcher manual cleaning line that includes sponges in several colour combinations, sold in packs of ten, and multi-surface microfibre cloths measuring 40x40 cm in packs of five, available in green, blue, yellow and red. The company presents these as everyday essentials for keeping a home or business clean.

How the catalogue is organised

Navigation is structured both by appliance and by component type. Shoppers can browse categories such as vacuum cleaner bags, vacuum tools, appliance belts, pumps, capacitors, drain and fill hoses, cooking elements and lighting spares. A clearance section groups discounted stock and spare parts, and a blog and help centre sit alongside practical pages on locating an appliance model number, shipping and returns, warranty and courier strikes.

Indicative pricing in the catalogue

Listings display prices and SKU references. Among the products highlighted as best sellers at the time of writing were a micro tool kit for PCs at £7.19, a pack of ten Henry vacuum bags at £3.99, a universal Numatic Henry hose of 32 mm and 2.5 m at £6.49, a round core flex strain relief at £0.19 and a Kärcher K3/K4 pressure washer control head at £28.79. New arrivals listed included a Kärcher 1.5 m hose extension at £22.89, a Kärcher radial shaft seal ring at £2.94, a brushed chrome 6-inch plain E27 pendant light fitting at £11.29 and a smoked bronze 1.8 m threaded E27 pendant light fitting at £17.59, the latter two marked as out of stock.

From a village shop to a Rustington warehouse

The company traces its growth from its original premises in East Preston to the current warehouse unit on Brookside Business Park in Rustington, West Sussex. It continues to describe itself as a family-run operation and positions branded stockholding, particularly of Kärcher and VAX, as central to its activity.
