The Spa Hotel occupies 14 acres of grounds on the edge of Royal Tunbridge Wells, in Kent. Dining across three settings

Zagatos Bar offers cocktails and a curated drinks selection in a setting described as cosy and romantic, oriented to relaxed evenings. Spa, wellness and the Wellness Suite

The wellness area works with ESPA treatments and offers spa days, overnight wellness escapes and a health club. Its centrepiece is the Wellness Suite, described as an exclusive thermal experience that includes a hydropool, a hot spa pool, a cold plunge, a sauna, a steam room and relaxation spaces, conceived for quieter, more indulgent visits. Treatments and packages can be booked separately from rooms.

Weddings and private events in the grounds

The 14 acres include three spring-fed lakes and mature landscaped gardens. Weddings can be held outdoors at The Spa Temple or indoors in the grand reception suites. For business use, the hotel publishes conference spaces, delegate rates and a conference gallery, and it also handles private events with dedicated spaces and menus. Offers and booking conditions

The website advertised a rooms flash sale of 15% off on a non-refundable rate for direct bookings, limited to new bookings made through the hotel's own site, with the discount applied after booking and a separate confirmation sent by the hotel; the credit could be used for extras or refunded on departure, and the offer excluded 24, 25, 26 and 31 December. A separate autumn offer advertised 15% off luxury day and overnight spa packages, Sunday to Thursday only, with the online code AUTUMNESCAPE or by phone quoting 'AUTUMN ESCAPE'.
