Made-to-measure blinds from a Rainham workshop

Home Decisions is a family-run blinds company operating from a workshop in Rainham, East London. It supplies made-to-measure window coverings to both residential and commercial customers, and describes itself as one of London's leading suppliers of made-to-measure blinds. The company states that it has been working with homeowners and businesses across East London for over a decade.

Its operating model is local and end-to-end: the company measures windows in the customer's home, manufactures the blinds in the UK and installs them with its own fitting team, without intermediaries or flat-pack deliveries. It offers a free home appointment in London and the surrounding areas.

Range of blinds and window coverings

The catalogue covers a broad set of styles, each made to measure and available in a range of fabrics, colours and finishes:

• Roller blinds, including cassette roller, day and night, double roller and spring roller variants, presented as a simple solution for kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and home offices.
• Pleated blinds, including Perfect Fit pleated, skylight and Velux pleated versions, positioned for conservatories and modern living spaces.
• Vertical blinds, with a sloping vertical option, aimed at large windows, patio doors and bright rooms.
• Perfect Fit blinds, which clip into the window frame without drilling and are intended for tilt-and-turn windows, conservatories and doors.
• Fly screens, in roller, framed and pleated formats, to keep insects out while allowing ventilation.
• Day and Night blinds, with alternating sheer and opaque panels for adjustable light and privacy.
• Illusion blinds and curtains, the latter made to measure.
• Zip screens and electric blinds, including electric roller, day and night electric, electric pleated, lantern, cassette electric and electric curtains, operable by remote, smartphone app or smart home system.

The site also points to further styles such as Roman and Venetian blinds for classic interiors, and to solutions for conservatories and patio doors.

Installation without drilling and UK manufacturing

A recurring theme in the company's presentation is fitting systems that avoid drilling. It highlights no-drill blinds, in-frame blinds and Perfect Fit blinds for French doors that clip directly onto the frame, leaving no screws or marks and moving with the window or door. The company presents this as practical for rented properties and for households that prefer a clean installation without dust, noise or later repair work.

Home Decisions states that all its blinds are manufactured in the UK using durable materials that meet local quality standards, which it links to faster turnaround and consistent quality. It also refers to long-term relationships with trusted suppliers, and frames purchases as support for skilled UK craftsmanship.

Coverage across East London

The service area named on the site includes Rainham, Stratford, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, East Ham, Romford, Hornchurch and the surrounding areas. The company says its local base allows it to visit quickly, fit at convenient times and return if adjustments are needed, and it cites familiarity with local housing stock such as the new-build estates off Rainham Riverside, the Victorian terraces in Ilford and the large commercial units in Barking.

Measuring, advice and trade customers

Home Decisions offers free measuring and expert advice, noting that window frames are not always straight and that correct measurement is central to the fit. The site provides a quote request form covering name, email, phone number, product type and message, and a free home appointment booking option. It also invites professional customers to create a trade account.
