MPHG

MPHG, underfloor heating specialists in the UK

MPHG presents itself on its website as a specialist in underfloor heating. The site identifies the company with the headline "Your underfloor heating specialists" and gives a single telephone number and an email address as the ways to reach it. Beyond that positioning, the material available at the time of this profile does not detail specific systems, products, installation methods or the types of property the company serves.

A website in transition

The page carrying the company's presentation was labelled as a forthcoming site, with the notice "Coming Soon" and a reference to a "Brand New MPHG Website". The same page combined the underfloor heating headline with a contact form and the phone number, so the company's activity is identifiable even though the full content of the new site was not yet published.

Contact channels shown on the site

The site directed enquiries to a telephone line and an email address, and included a form asking for a name, phone number, email and message. The form stated that the details submitted would be used to respond to the enquiry and that the data would not be shared with anyone else. No physical address, service area or opening hours were given in the material reviewed.

Seasonal closure

A notice on the site announced a Christmas closure running from 15 December to 6 January, with the company's seasonal greeting to visitors. This is the only period of unavailability mentioned in the material.
