Lush Lobster

Personalized cards for occasions

Lush Lobster offers greeting cards for birthdays, anniversaries, Father's Day, weddings, pregnancy, new babies, christenings, new homes, graduations, Halloween, Christmas and other occasions. Customers can upload a photo, edit the text and personalize a design. The card categories also cover sentiments such as congratulations, good luck, get well soon, sympathy, thank you, thinking of you and just because.

Designs, recipients and custom messages

The card catalogue is organized by recipient—including partners, parents, children, friends, sons and daughters—as well as by occasion and sentiment. This helps customers start from the person, event or message they want to convey. The site offers more than 500 designs according to its description and allows the customer to customize the chosen card before checkout.

Gifts, flowers and add-ons

The shop extends beyond cards to gifts, flowers, personalized goods, candles, chocolates and ornaments. Product pages show available gift choices and prices, while occasion browsing can help pair a card with a present. The store highlights an independent artist, Sophie Sargent, whose permitted designs are included in the collection. Customers should check each gift listing for its contents, personalization and delivery options.

Same-day dispatch and reminders

Lush Lobster advertises same-day dispatch for orders placed before a stated cutoff and next-day delivery options on eligible cards. It also offers reminders so customers can plan for upcoming birthdays and events. Delivery timing depends on the product, order time and postal destination, so shoppers should verify the current dispatch cutoff and shipping option during checkout.

Customer feedback and online ordering

The site provides search, login, cart, contact and card browsing tools. Its captured homepage displays a 4.8 out of 5 Trustpilot rating and a review link. Customers can use the live listings to confirm current prices, promotions, personalization steps and delivery terms. For a custom card or gift order, reviewing the recipient, message, uploaded photo and postal details before submitting helps ensure the finished item matches the intended occasion.
