The Fragrance Warehouse is an online-only retailer of fragrances and cosmetics. Its catalogue is organised into women's perfumes, men's fragrances and a face-and-body section, with additional groupings for minis, testers, sale and clearance lines. The company states that it carries hundreds of authentic fragrances and cosmetics, and that it does not sell knockoffs or imitations.

How the catalogue is arranged

The women's range is split into new arrivals, bestsellers, luxury classics and sale, and the men's range follows the same structure. A face-and-body department covers makeup, skincare and bath and body for women, plus skincare and bath and body for men. Minis form a separate department, and a brands A–Z index runs across the site.

Brands named in the navigation and product listings include Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Chloé, Paco Rabanne, Prada, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Clarins and Lancôme. Featured lines at the time of writing included Chloé Signature, a Yves Saint Laurent collection for her and a Carolina Herrera collection.

Price bands and testers

Both the women's and men's sections can be browsed by price: under £10, under £20, under £30, under £40 and over £40. A notable part of the offer is tester stock. The site explains that testers are authentic, new and unused products made by the manufacturer, used by department stores for promotion, and that they may arrive in a plain box or without the decorative cap. Because there is no fancy packaging, the retailer says it can buy them for less and pass the saving on.

Examples shown in the catalogue included a Paco Rabanne Lady Million eau de parfum spray 80ml tester at £49.85, a Davidoff Cool Water men's eau de toilette 125ml tester at £19.99, an Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy eau de parfum 100ml tester at £29.99 and an Armani Si eau de parfum 100ml tester at £75.00. Non-tester lines also appear, such as Prism Parfums Raffinee eau de parfum 100ml at £19.99 and an Alexandra de Markoff Enigma eau de parfum 30ml at £15.95.

Pricing model and delivery

The company attributes its pricing to the absence of a physical store and platform fees, which it says allows savings to be passed to customers. Delivery is free on orders over £50, sent through Royal Mail. Returns are offered free of charge if a customer is unhappy with a purchase. The site lists American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa among accepted payment methods.
