Stamp It

Stamp It: personalised rubber stamps made to order in the UK

Stamp It is a UK-based business specialising in the production of oak, clay, self-inking and traditional rubber stamps, each customised to the customer's specifications. The company presents itself as a maker and online retailer, with a catalogue organised around stamp types, materials and end uses rather than a single product line.

Its range of sizes runs from small formats to extra, extra large, and the ink selection includes water-based and vegan inks as well as inks formulated for surfaces beyond paper. The company frames its output around three broad uses: wedding stationery, office work and printing on packaging.

Stamp formats in the catalogue

The stamp section is divided by shape and mechanism. Buyers can choose wooden personalised stamps, square, round and rectangular rubber stamps, and extra large stamps. Self-inking options include customised self-inking stamps, pocket stamps, company logo stamps, large self-inking stamps and heavy duty Trodat stamps.

• Cloth marking stamps and ID protection stamps
• Loyalty card stamps and handmade-by stamps
• Personalised office stamps
• Dater and number stamps, including changeable number and changeable date models

Stamps by trade and occasion

A separate category groups stamps by professional or personal use. For businesses, the catalogue lists business rubber stamps, company logo stamps, customer loyalty card stamps, bookkeeping stamps, signature stamps and "I certify" stamps, alongside food marking stamps and coffee shop and catering stamps. Event and hospitality users are served by bar, event and nightclub hand stamps.

On the personal side, the range covers personal stamps, address stamps, monogram stamps, wedding stamps, signature stamps and Ex Libris stamps. A seasonal and craft line adds soap stamps, crafting stamps and Christmas stamps.

Pottery, embossing and branding

Pottery stamps form their own section, including stamps for use with Jesmonite®. Under embossing, the company offers embossers, wax seals and embossing wafer stickers. Branding is treated as a distinct category with paper bag stamps, stamps for loyalty cards, large branding stamps and coffee shop and catering stamps.

Beyond stamps, the catalogue includes custom stickers in various shapes and sizes, food industry stickers, decals and embossing wafer stickers, as well as branding kits intended for people setting up a new business and embossing machines for stationery.

Inks, pads and accessories

The accessories section covers replacement rubber dies and a broad choice of ink pads: rubber stamp pads, Versafine, StazOn, VersaColor, VersaCraft and Ranger pads, large pads for rubber stamps, vegan friendly ink pads, replacement self-inking pads, Trodat replacement pads and Colop ink pads. Bottled inks include Reiner ink bottles and endorsing ink bottles.

Design, ordering and delivery

Orders are placed through an online stamp design tool, and the site provides guidance on uploading a layout along with FAQs, delivery information and a returns policy. The company states that UK delivery is free above £45, and prices are shown including value added tax. Customer reviews are presented on the site as written by customers for customers.

Stamp It describes its products as made with the planet in mind and says it continually looks for new ideas and products to add. The company also invites suggestions for new site features by email.
