SuperBath

SuperBath: an online catalogue of bathroom and kitchen fittings

SuperBath operates through superbath.co.uk as an online store specialising in bathroom and kitchen equipment. Its catalogue is presented as containing more than 200,000 products, drawn from what the company describes as premium bathroom brands. The range is organised around the main fittings of a bathroom or kitchen project rather than around decorative accessories alone.

The retailer states that its prices carry an average discount of 68% against the recommended retail price, and that seasonal promotions are added on top of that positioning. It also presents itself as holding stock and offers free returns, alongside a 14-day window to change one's mind.

The site's navigation divides the offer into broad families, each with a deep set of subcategories:

Brands and sourcing

The store is built around branded products, with a dedicated brands section and repeated references to premium bathroom manufacturers. The catalogue also includes installation components and spare parts, which allows a buyer to source both the visible fittings and the concealed or replacement elements of an installation from the same retailer.

Customer service and purchasing conditions

SuperBath presents a service hotline and an email contact for enquiries, and its help section covers ordering, payment, delivery, returns and a set of frequently asked questions. Delivery is described as free on packages from £500, and the company advertises a 14-day period to change one's mind. The site also states that returns are free.
