SGS Model Store

SGS Model Store: scale modelling supplies sold online

SGS Model Store is an online retailer focused on scale model kits and the materials needed to build and finish them. Its catalogue is organised around scale models and accessories, with dedicated sections for decal sets, detail sets and other accessories, and it also stocks figures, paints, books and modelling tools. The shop states that shipping is limited to the UK mainland.

A catalogue built around model subjects

The scale models and accessories area is divided by subject: aircraft, boats and ships, cars, helicopters and tanks. Decal sets follow the same subject logic, covering aircraft, boats and ships, cars, helicopters and tanks, alongside a separate category for other accessories and detail sets. Detail sets are in turn grouped into aircraft, helicopters, missiles, wargames and materials.

Wargames figures and rules

Beyond traditional scale modelling, the store carries a wargames line with 28mm figures and sprues. Among the items listed are Hussite Wars Bohemian Knights command and single sprues from North Star, The Damned Female Infantry, The Damned Brutes and The Damned Infantry sprues from Wargames Atlantic, and Villagers (2): Elves & Dwarves, also from Wargames Atlantic. Egyptian Archers and Spearmen sprues from the same manufacturer appear in the new arrivals. The range extends to rulebooks and periodicals, such as titles from Osprey Publishing and Wargames Illustrated magazine.
