Justwoodit

Handmade wooden monitor stands and desk accessories

Justwoodit is a British online shop specialising in solid wood desk accessories, chiefly monitor stands and laptop stands, alongside desk organisers and pen holders. The range is built around solid oak and walnut rather than MDF boards, a choice the company presents as an investment in materials that end users will keep for years. Products are designed and handmade in-house, smoothly sanded and finished with mineral oil and beeswax.

Materials and finishing

Oak is the material the company highlights most, describing it as durable and damage-resistant, naturally resistant to fungal and mould growth, able to withstand heavy loads and visually elegant thanks to its texture. Walnut appears as an alternative finish in several products. The company states that it selects its suppliers carefully so that materials meet the standards it sets, and that it favours solid hardwood over MDF boards.

Personalisation and order handling

Justwoodit presents customisation as a central part of its offer: designs are available in a range of shapes and sizes, and the company says it pays attention to each individual order and follows customer instructions. Products are described as prepared for despatch so they reach end users without issues. Customer feedback quoted on the site refers to product quality, a professional approach, fast shipping and no assembly required.

Origins of the business

The company traces its beginnings to an interest in natural materials and in the elegance and simplicity of individual pieces of wood, with the aim of making unique products accessible to a broad public. It frames customer feedback as a driver for improving and developing the business.
