Electra-Zoom

Electra-Zoom, a UK electric scooter retailer

Electra-Zoom is a British online retailer focused on electric scooters and their components. The company presents itself as a UK-based operation and states that it offers free next working day delivery and a warranty on all scooters. Its catalogue is organised around complete scooters, spare and replacement parts, motors and batteries, and accessories.

The business is operated by Electra-Zoom Limited, registered in England and Wales under company registration number 11449932. The site also carries a note reminding buyers that it is the rider's responsibility to check e-scooter laws in their jurisdiction, and that in the UK e-scooters may only be used on private land with the landowner's permission.

Scooter ranges and categories

The store divides its scooters into several collections that reflect different uses and performance levels:

• Commuter and city scooters, a range that includes models from Zinc and Xiaomi.
• High performance scooters, drawn from Kaabo and Dualtron.
• Kids and youth electric scooters, aimed at younger riders.
• Used and ex-demo scooters, which the company states have been inspected.

Beyond the general catalogue, Electra-Zoom maintains dedicated collections for individual brands and for the Decent line, described as affordable and fun, and for Inokim and JIVR, including a JIVR parts section.

Brands stocked

The shop-by-brand structure lists Apollo, Dualtron, Kaabo and Xiaomi, and the wider catalogue also references Decent, Inokim, JIVR and Zinc. Kaabo scooters are presented as coming with a one-year UK warranty, while the company's general messaging refers to warranty cover on all scooters.

Parts, motors, batteries and accessories

Alongside complete scooters, the retailer runs a spare and replacement parts section, a collection of replacement motors and batteries for various scooters, and a range of accessories. Individual listings shown on the homepage include the Apollo Air V2 Electric Scooter, the Jivr Electric Scooter Plus with a 12.8Ah/460.8Wh battery, and a Jivr/Decent electric scooter motor.

Service, repair and used stock

The site includes an electric scooter service and repair section and a used/ex-demo area covering both scooters and parts. The company states that used and ex-demo scooters have been inspected.

Commercial approach and product notes

Electra-Zoom frames its activity around the growth of personal electric transport, citing environmental, political and practical pressures on fossil fuels and congested roads, and describing its range as safe, affordable and convenient. The homepage highlights free next day delivery within the UK, a UK-based company, warranty on all scooters, industry expertise and 5-star customer reviews, the latter presented as the company's own claim.

At the time of writing this profile, the site displayed a Spring Sale with discounted pricing, for example the Apollo Air V2 listed at £360 against a regular price of £499. The blog section announced the return to stock of the JIVR scooter, described as a lightweight option for urban commuters and leisure riders, and carried reviews of models such as the Kaabo Wolf X Pro and the InMotion L9.
