Royalcraft

Royalcraft: garden and indoor furniture from Oldbury

Royalcraft is a furniture retailer based at Mir House, Taylors Lane, Oldbury. The company presents itself as active since 1990 and frames its catalogue around four areas: the garden, the dining room, the living room and the home in general. Its range combines outdoor furniture with indoor seating, tables, storage and decorative accessories.

The site describes a minimum 12-month guarantee on all Royalcraft products, complimentary 3–5 day delivery to UK mainland addresses on the majority of the range, and interest-free finance options. It also states that deliveries are handled by a dedicated Royalcraft team rather than a generic courier service.

Outdoor furniture: lounging, dining and structures

The outdoor catalogue is organised by use and by material. Lounging includes outdoor sofas, corner sofas, sun loungers and garden benches. Dining covers outdoor dining sets, bar sets, bistro sets and fire pit table sets. The structures section lists pergolas, gazebos, garden shelters and outdoor kitchens, the latter available in 5-burner and 7-burner versions.

Materials named on the site are rattan, rope, wood, metal and travertine. The range is also sorted by style, with modern, traditional, country living and small spaces categories, plus a storage and garden accessories section. Among the outdoor accessories are parasols and bases, storage boxes and outdoor lighting.

Indoor collections: seating, tables and storage

For interiors, Royalcraft sells sofas, accent chairs, dining chairs, bar and counter stools, and ottomans and footstools. Tables include coffee tables, dining tables, console tables, side tables and nest of tables. Storage comprises sideboards, chest of drawers, cabinets and shelving, and bedside tables.

Named indoor ranges visible in the catalogue include ARKA and ROKA in dark wood, BOUX upholstered seating and COCO dining chairs. Examples listed at the time of writing include the ARKA dark wood dining table, the ROKA geometric coffee table and cabinet, the BOUX three-seater sofa with ottoman and corner sofas, and the COCO dining chair set of two.

Outdoor kitchens and the Luxe line

The outdoor kitchen line is one of the more distinctive parts of the offer. The site lists Luxe models with a five-burner or seven-burner configuration, and variants that add a sink, a pizza oven and a fridge. These are presented as complete cooking and preparation units for outdoor spaces rather than as standalone grills.

Accessories, lighting and rugs

Beyond furniture, the catalogue includes floor and table lamps, outdoor lighting, mirrors, wall art, sculptures, diffusers, bookends and vases. Rugs are grouped into modern, plain and outdoor categories. The company also operates a multi-brand side: alongside Royalcraft, it lists Fifty Five South, KEIICHI, House of Isabella, London Rug Company and Uttermost, with dedicated pages for several of them.

Showroom, trade and customer information

The site references a showroom that customers can visit and an inspiration section with blog content and customer home features. It also maintains a trade programme under the Royalcraft Trade name and an outlet section. Customer service is organised through contact forms for general enquiries and for order or delivery issues, covering cases such as delayed delivery, missing items, damage in transit and wrong items received.

The company states that it has more than 35 years of experience in furniture and describes its delivery staff as handling products with care. It also reports an "Excellent" rating on Trustpilot, attributed to the company's own presentation of its customer feedback.
