CBA Construction: building and renovation work across Northampton

CBA Construction is a building and renovation company based in Northampton and led by its founder, Cristian Turcanu. The firm presents itself as a team of builders and decorators equipped to take on projects of varying scale, from small domestic jobs to complete property refurbishments and new-build houses. Its stated service area is Northampton and a 25-mile radius around the city centre.

According to the company's own account, Turcanu began his career in construction at the age of 20 as an apprentice in his father's building company, and founded CBA Construction seven years ago. The firm reports having completed more than 300 projects and describes its team as fully insured and qualified, with over 15 years of experience.

Extensions, loft conversions and new builds

The company offers a full extension service that, in its words, runs from the first brick to assembling furniture. It also carries out loft conversions and full property refurbishments. For clients seeking a house built from the ground up, CBA Construction states that its specialists can build a home to the client's specifications.

Kitchens, bathrooms and interior fit-out

Fitted kitchens are supplied and installed according to the client's requirements, with a full service that includes plumbing, electrics and joinery. The bathroom service covers complete makeovers, cloakroom installations and refreshes, and the company says it leaves the site clean at the end of the job. Domestic carpentry is also offered, including the supply and fitting of doors, skirting and shelving; the firm notes that it does not shy away from small jobs.

Electrical, plumbing and heating

CBA Construction provides domestic and commercial electrical services, citing media walls and spotlights among the work it undertakes. Its plumbing team, described as plumbers and gas engineers, handles radiator installation, sink replacement and complete plumbing upgrades. The company also supplies and fits both electric and central-heating underfloor heating systems.

Coverage across Northamptonshire and neighbouring areas

The firm lists Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry, Towcester, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Banbury, Brackley, Corby, Bedford and surrounding villages as part of its working area. It frames its ambition as setting a new standard for building services in Northamptonshire, based on what it describes as integrity, precision and client satisfaction.

Quoting and project intake

CBA Construction invites prospective clients to request a free, no-obligation quote. Its request form asks for the type of work required, the desired start date, the postcode, the house number or name and a detailed description of the job, and allows images to be uploaded. The form states that the service area is a 25-mile radius around Northampton city centre.
