Group expansion

ABCA Systems Group has announced several acquisitions. In August 2024 it acquired businesses with the support of Trimountain Partners and Santander UK PLC, and in October 2024 it acquired Citrus Group. In July 2025 the group announced the acquisition of RAAM Construction, described as a well-established provider of construction services.
