Tech Repairs

Refurbished Apple and Samsung devices sold from Milton Keynes

Tech Repairs is an online retailer specialising in refurbished consumer technology, operating from a base in Milton Keynes. Its catalogue centres on pre-owned Apple and Samsung hardware alongside refurbished computers, with every device described as fully tested, cleaned and restored before sale. The company presents itself as a long-standing seller of professionally refurbished equipment and positions its offer as an alternative to buying new.

The office address is listed as Unit 4 Newton Court, Kelvin Drive, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, and the site states explicitly that this office is closed to the public, so trading takes place through the online store rather than over the counter.

iPhone and iPad range

The iPhone selection spans several generations, from the iPhone SE and SE 2nd Gen through the iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, 11 and 11 Pro up to the iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 13, 13 Pro, 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 15 and 15. The iPad line is organised by model year and screen size, covering the standard iPad from the 2017 9.7-inch model to the 2022 10.9-inch version, the iPad Air 3, 4 and 5, the iPad Mini 4, 5 and 6, and the iPad Pro across its 2015–2022 generations in 9.7, 10.5, 11 and 12.9-inch formats.

When this profile was written, the site listed 22 iPad products and 13 iPhone products, with promotional pricing on selected refurbished iPhones and iPads advertised as a limited-stock offer.

Samsung phones and Apple Watch

Beyond Apple handsets, the shop stocks a smaller Samsung range: Galaxy S9, S9+, S10, S10+, S21 5G and S21+ 5G. The smartwatch section is exclusively Apple Watch, listing Series 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 together with the SE in its 2020 and 2022 versions. The site indicated six Samsung products and six smartwatch products in these categories.

Computers: gaming PCs, refurbished PCs and MacBooks

On the computing side, Tech Repairs markets premium gaming PCs described as engineered for performance and built to last, alongside a broader refurbished PC category and a MacBook section that showed three products when scanned. The gaming PC category displayed no products at that moment. The catalogue also includes accessories such as cases, MagSafe chargers and cables.

Warranty, delivery and buying terms

Each device is sold with a 12-month warranty, and the store advertises free and fast shipping across the UK. Other stated terms include a money-back guarantee, secure payment and customer service support. The company also runs a "Tech for Businesses" line aimed at corporate buyers, and publishes a device compatibility guide and a blog covering topics such as the environmental case for refurbished devices and iOS app compatibility.
