Bed Innovation: upholstered bed frames and mattresses sold online in the UK

Bed Innovation is an online bed retailer operating through bedinnovation.co.uk. Its catalogue is organised around bed frames, divan beds, mattresses and accessories, with dedicated sections for divan lift-up storage, ottoman beds and TV beds. The site presents the range under the banner "Beds on Finance UK", although the product listings themselves show one-off prices in pounds sterling rather than monthly instalments.

Bed frames and upholstered models

The frame collection is the largest part of the catalogue and is dominated by upholstered designs, including panel, wingback, piping and mirrored finishes. Named models listed on the site include Prague, The DaVinci, Dior, Athens Panel, Moana Panel, Hudson Piping, Lilly Piping, Toronto, Toronto Panel Wing, Ambassador, Sunshine Border, Sunshine Mirror, Sparkle Mirror, Charlotte Mirror, Prada Mirror, Grace Mirror and Giselle Bespoke Panel. The Ambassador is described as a smart upholstered bed frame. Prices shown for these frames ranged from £349.99 to £800 when this profile was written, with strike-through reference prices and percentage discounts displayed alongside.

Divans, storage and TV beds

Beyond standard frames, the shop separates divan beds into their own category, including divan lift-up storage models. Ottoman beds and TV beds are also listed as distinct ranges. These categories sit alongside the main frame collection in the site navigation, together with a swatches section for requesting fabric samples.

Mattresses

The mattress offer includes the Savoy 2000 Pocket Sprung Natural Latex Mattress, built with 2,000 individually nested pocket springs and a natural latex comfort layer, described as medium-firm. The site also references a memory mattress and a 2000 pocket mattress among its trending searches. Mattress pricing started from £243.96 for the Savoy model, against a stated original price of £487.92.

Delivery, returns and payment options

Product listings state free UK delivery, and the site advertises free shipping on orders over £500. A 30-day returns window is mentioned on the Sunshine Border Bed Frame listing, which also refers to custom fabric and border options and to Klarna as an available payment method. The Sunshine Border frame is described as handcrafted in the UK.

Promotions and currency

When this profile was written, the homepage carried a repeated "MEGA CLEARANCE SALE" banner with the discount code MS50, and several products were marked down by between 11% and 60%. The storefront includes a currency selector offering USD, EUR and GBP, while the listed prices are shown in pounds.

Customer service and site features

The site provides a customer service telephone line and a contact email address, and includes a newsletter sign-up, a wish list and an account area. A "Shop the look" section and a news section are also part of the navigation.
