Moving Masters UK: removals from Maidstone across Kent and the UK

Moving Masters UK is a removal company based in Maidstone, in the county of Kent. It presents itself as a moving specialist for families and businesses in the Medway area, naming Gillingham, Rochester and Chatham among the towns it serves, while also offering long-distance relocations to destinations anywhere in the United Kingdom. The business is described on its site as trading under the name Shay Smith, trading as Moving Masters UK.

The company frames its work around tailored solutions rather than a single standard package, arguing that each move has its own requirements. Its stated reach combines local knowledge of the South East with a fleet prepared for moves to the other side of the country.

Removal services offered

The service catalogue is organised into four main lines, each with a dedicated quote request form on the website:

• Home removals: moving apartments, houses and villas, described as secure and organised.
• Office removals: business relocations with packing, labelling and setup at the destination.
• Property storage: wrapping and handling of fragile or valuable items.
• Man & van: transport and reassembly of furniture and goods of any type.

The site also refers to expert packing services and secure transit as part of the removal process, and states that no item is too big or too small for the company to handle.

Local moves in the Medway towns and long-distance work

The company positions itself for two distinct profiles. On one side are households and businesses relocating within Kent, particularly in the Medway towns, where it claims local expertise. On the other are customers planning a long-distance move, for which it emphasises a fleet equipped for nationwide coverage and delivery of belongings safely and on time.

How the company presents its guarantees

Moving Masters UK lists three reasons it says clients choose the firm. It describes its movers as trained and verified, offers what it calls a damage-free guarantee under which belongings are protected, and promises transparent pricing without extra fees or last-minute surprises. These are the company's own claims as published on its website.

Background and organisation

The company states that it has helped families and businesses move for over a decade and that it has grown from a local service into what it describes as a respected moving partner. Its stated mission centres on reliable, stress-free moves that protect belongings, and it summarises its values as trust, care and efficiency, linking trust and care to transparent communication and honest pricing.

Quote requests are split by service type: one form for house moves, one for office relocations and one for man-and-van jobs. Each asks for origin and destination, along with details such as the number of bedrooms, the type of office or the type of goods, the date and contact information.
