Amethyst Chauffeurs

Amethyst Chauffeurs: luxury chauffeur service based in Liverpool

Amethyst Chauffeurs is a Liverpool chauffeur company that presents itself as the city's premier chauffeur service. Its activity centres on airport transfers, corporate and business travel, and luxury transport for special occasions, with coverage extending across Liverpool, Manchester and the North West of England. The company describes its service as available 24/7 and built around punctuality, discretion and attention to individual passengers.

Services offered

The service range is organised around four main areas, which also structure the site's navigation:

• Airport transfers, including runs to John Lennon Airport (JLA) as mentioned in customer feedback.
• Special occasions, covering weddings, events and other celebratory travel.
• Business and corporate travel.
• Corporate events.

The company frames each booking as a tailored experience rather than a standard ride, with the stated aim of making every journey smooth, safe and seamless.

Fleet categories

The site lists four vehicle classes available for bookings:

• Executive MPV
• Executive Saloon
• First Class Saloon
• 16 Seater

These categories indicate capacity ranging from saloon cars for individual or small-group travel to a 16-seat vehicle suited to larger parties.

Background of the founders

The company states that it was founded after a career of almost ten years in the British Army, followed by eight years of work in the care sector. According to its own account, the discipline and reliability acquired in military service were combined with the empathy and client-focused approach developed in care work, and this combination underpins the way the business operates. The stated intention is to offer a discreet, personalised chauffeur experience shaped around each passenger's needs.

Customer feedback

The website displays several reviews attributed to Trustpilot, all rated five stars. They describe punctual pickups, immaculate vehicles, courteous and smartly dressed drivers, and smooth journeys. Specific trips mentioned include an airport transfer from Liverpool to Birmingham with return, a run to John Lennon Airport, and travel to an Everton match. One reviewer refers to a driver by the name James and another mentions a BMW. These are individual accounts reproduced on the site and are not presented here as a verified overall rating.

Positioning
