Earthly Creations

Earthly Creations: crystals, witchy goods and chakra items from a South Hykeham shop

Earthly Creations is a retail business based in South Hykeham, Lincoln, selling crystals and related products. Its range, as presented on its site, covers crystals, witchy and chakra lines, lights, salt lamps, candles and stock from Nemesis Now, alongside "lots more". The shop describes itself as open to the public and combines a physical store with online selling.

The company explains that it began as an idea to bring crystals and related products to a wider audience and that it went from zero to opening its virtual doors with its first live Facebook broadcasts in just ten weeks. Within a few months it took the opportunity to open a shop on a business park, which allowed it to hold more stock and welcome customers more regularly, and it moved to its current location in South Hykeham, Lincoln.

How customers can buy

The site sets out several routes to purchase. Customers can order through the website, attend the physical shop, or join the twice-weekly Facebook Live broadcasts, which the company presents as a way to obtain items at prices it considers attractive. For those who prefer not to use the live sessions, it lists the online shop, messaging the team with specific requirements, and booking a one-to-one virtual shopping session. A "Virtual Shopper Shop" and subscription boxes also appear among its sales channels.

Witchbox Ltd and the subscription side

On 16 July 2025 the company states that it purchased Witchbox Ltd, described as one of the largest witchcraft subscription box companies in the UK. Earthly Creations presents Witchbox as its sister company and says it is working to grow the business and offer witchcraft boxes in the UK.

Customer relations and service claims

Earthly Creations refers to its customers as "Earthly Creation Family Members" and says it aims to respond to messages within around an hour. It notes that the phone may not always be answered and asks callers to leave a short message or send a text. The company states that it is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all, regardless of background, identity or abilities, and it presents its five-star ratings as evidence of the service it aims to provide. The site also points readers to Trustpilot for customer reviews and reproduces individual testimonials praising the quality and prices of the items and the friendliness of the team.
