Havendon: curated home décor from an online store based in Leeds

Havendon is an online retailer of home décor and lifestyle products operating under the company name Havendon LTD, registered at 27 Albion Street, Leeds LS1 5AT, United Kingdom. The store is organised around three main collections — Home & Interior, Kitchen & Storage and Outdoor & Garden — and presents itself as a source of "affordable elegance" for the home, with a catalogue that combines decorative accents, practical kitchen items and garden accessories.

How the catalogue is structured

The website groups its offer into three browsing categories that also serve as the main navigation of the shop. The Home & Interior section covers decorative and functional pieces for interiors, while Kitchen & Storage concentrates on food preparation, lunch transport and pantry organisation. Outdoor & Garden brings together items for terraces, lawns and garden maintenance. A separate "Our Best Seller" entry appears in the site navigation, pointing to a selection of the most popular products.

Home & Interior: mats, fragrances and small accents

Within the interior line, the catalogue lists a range of floor and surface mats, including entryway dirt-trapping rugs, non-slip door mats, quick-dry diatomite stone bathroom mats and absorbent kitchen counter pads. The selection also includes aromatic plant extract essential oils in 10 ml bottles, a wooden math learning board game for family tabletop play, and interactive toys for pets such as a cat chase-ball play mat and snuffle mats for dogs.

Kitchen & Storage: lunch boxes, boards and organisation

The kitchen section is the most extensively developed part of the catalogue. It features several bento-style lunch boxes — including the MealMate with four compartments and leak-proof design, the EcoStack three-tier wheat straw model of 900 ml, the FreshMate with three compartments, the BentoMax 1330 ml microwave-safe container and a 1400 ml double-layer box with fork and spoon — alongside chopping and serving boards in acacia wood, end grain and resin river finishes, some with integrated storage trays and graters.

Storage and organisation items include rotating airtight containers for grain and cereal, a 2.5 L airtight dispenser with measuring cup, a transparent mesh toy storage bag, a multi-section foldable laundry hamper and a 15 L odour-sealing trash can with elevated legs. The section is completed by kitchen textiles and workwear such as waterproof canvas and floral aprons, faux leather placemats in oval and round embossed designs, and a 15 kg USB-rechargeable digital kitchen scale.

Outdoor & Garden: water features, tools and decoration

The outdoor collection combines decorative garden pieces with practical equipment. Among the decorative items are a solar garden birdbath fountain, a metal wind spinner for lawn display and a frog-shaped plant pot hanging ornament. Practical entries include a weather-resistant umbrella cover, a non-expanding kink-resistant flat coil garden hose, a mini electric chainsaw for trimming and cutting, and lotus seeds for an aquatic flowering variety.

Artisan sourcing and product presentation

Havendon states that it works with artisans and independent creators to assemble its collections, describing the selection as a combination of timeless design and authentic craftsmanship. The product pages present each item with a regular price and a sale price, and many listings show discounts of around 68% to 70% off the regular figure. At the time of writing this profile, the site displayed a promotional banner announcing the end of its "biggest sale ever".

Customer service and order tracking

The company provides a customer service email address and a telephone line, with a stated response time of one to two working days. The website includes a dedicated order tracking page and publishes its payment, privacy, returns and refunds, delivery and terms of service policies. Payment methods displayed at checkout include American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Union Pay and Visa.
