Manufacturing and quality approach

According to the company, quality is central to its manufacturing and it states that there is no compromise on this point. It describes a process that begins at the design stage, with what it calls only top raw materials and parts used in its products. JTP says it manufactures with one aim, zero come backs, and presents ultimate quality as standard across its collections. It also describes itself as a specialist in the taps and shower industry and says it believes it has a duty to provide the best quality materials, which it says not only look the best but feel the best money can buy.

Retail network and support

JTP does not sell only direct: the site invites customers to find their local JTP retailer and states that it is available nationwide. It also offers support resources, including contact, cleaning and maintenance guidance, how-to videos, downloads, a guarantee section and a projects section. The site includes a wishlist function and a news section.
