Serenity Pamper Parties

Mobile spa and pamper parties across the UK

Serenity Pamper Parties is a UK-based provider of mobile spa experiences and pamper parties. The company states it has operated since 2005 and describes itself as the UK's leading mobile spa and pamper party provider, a positioning it attributes to its own presentation. Its model relies on a nationwide network of more than 800 self-employed beauty, massage and holistic therapists who travel to private homes or hired venues to deliver treatments on site.

The service is built around celebrations and group occasions rather than a fixed salon. Therapists bring the treatments to the client, which the company presents as a way to avoid travel and scheduling around a spa visit.

Party formats and event types

The catalogue organises its offer by occasion, with dedicated formats for different audiences:

• Adult pamper parties aimed at birthdays, hen parties and other celebrations.
• Hen party spa and pamper packages.
• Baby shower pamper parties.
• Teenage pamper parties, presented as an option for birthdays and school-leaving celebrations.
• Children's pamper parties for boys and girls aged 4 to 12.
• Couples spa days for two people at home.
• Mobile pregnancy spa packages.
• Massage at home.
• Affordable pamper parties with midweek discounts.

Corporate wellness and on-site massage

Beyond private celebrations, the company offers corporate massage and wellness services delivered at the workplace. These on-site treatments are presented as a way for businesses to support employee wellbeing and morale. The same holistic approach used in the party formats is applied to this corporate line.

Treatments and approach

The treatments listed include massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, described as using high-quality products and expert techniques. The company states that therapists tailor treatments to each group and create a calming atmosphere at the venue. Bridal beauty and promotional pampering experiences also appear among the occasions covered.

Coverage and therapist network

Serenity states that its therapists work throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Among the locations named are London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Cardiff, alongside what the company describes as hundreds of other locations nationwide. The company also recruits self-employed mobile beauty, holistic and massage therapists who wish to expand their clientele, through an application process described on its site.

Reputation and client feedback

The company states it holds a 5-star Trustpilot rating and displays client reviews attributed to Trustpilot and Google. The testimonials reproduced on the site refer to a 13th birthday teen pamper party, a family gathering at holiday accommodation and a 60th birthday celebration for a group of eight, and highlight punctuality, flexibility with last-minute changes and communication during booking. These are individual accounts rather than a general assessment of the service.

Qualifications and booking

The company describes its therapists as fully qualified and insured. Bookings are handled through enquiry and pamper party booking forms, and the site also lists special offers and a treatments section.
