How an order is completed

When the piece is finished, the order is dispatched with tracking details. The jewellery is gift-wrapped and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and after-care instructions, and any unused inclusion is securely packaged and returned to the customer.

Turnaround times

According to the site, orders are normally completed within five to six weeks from receipt of the collection pack. A large number of items are held in stock, which allows some orders to be finished in as little as seven days.
