Yorkshire Stoves & Fireplaces: stove and fireplace installation from Huddersfield

Yorkshire Stoves & Fireplaces is a family-run stove, fire and fireplace showroom and installation company based on Leeds Road in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Founded in 2010, the business describes itself as a well-known name across Yorkshire and within the fireplace industry, and states that it has installed well over 3,000 stoves since starting out. Members of its installation team are said to bring upwards of 30 years of experience.

The company specialises in installing wood burners and multi-fuel stoves, alongside gas stoves, electric fires and fire surrounds. Its stated aim is to provide a comprehensive solution covering the product range, design, space creation and professional installation.

Product range: stoves, fires, hearths and surrounds

The catalogue is organised by product type and includes more than 200 options for stoves, fires and surrounds at the time of writing, drawn from what the company describes as leading manufacturers in the UK and around the world. The range spans modern and traditional styles.

Services: survey, installation and made-to-measure work

Alongside the retail showroom, the company offers a free home survey and consultation. During this visit, its team assesses the home, helps the customer choose a stove or fireplace and provides a quote for all works before installation begins. The installation service covers the fitting of the products sold, and the company also offers made-to-measure hearths and beams as well as trade supply.

All fitters are described as Gas Safe and HETAS-registered. The business presents itself as more than an installer, positioning its role around helping customers create a beautiful interior with a stove or fireplace as the focal point of a living room or kitchen.

Finance and current offers

Finance options are available on stoves and fireplaces, with terms of up to eight years, a £0 deposit and 0% interest-free options advertised. The company also refers to low APR over a flexible term with a deposit as low as 10%, subject to status and a minimum qualifying amount of £1,000. At the time of writing, an autumn sale package offered a fully fitted stove installation package from £2,895, or £40 per month.
