Viridian

Insulation for homes in the South East

Viridian specialises in domestic insulation in South East England. Its services include cavity-wall insulation, cavity-wall removal and refurbishment, loft insulation and removal. The company presents an initial survey as part of deciding which measure is appropriate. A wall cavity and a roof space need different assessment methods, and existing moisture or defects should be considered before new material is installed.

Survey and scope of work

The website explains packages and pricing for selected services, but a reliable quotation depends on the building. Customers can ask what the survey found, how access will be arranged, whether old material must be removed and what ventilation or repairs are needed. Viridian also discusses compliance and a guarantee for cavity-wall work. The exact scope and any guarantee conditions should be documented in the written proposal.

Installation and aftercare

An insulation project may involve drilling into outer walls, working in a loft or removing unsuitable material. The site shows staff performing these tasks and offers a way to book a survey. Residents can ask about preparation, duration, cleanup and evidence of completion. Viridian’s installation work includes fitting cavity-wall material to suitable brick buildings.
