E.R.H Roofing and Property Services: roofing contractor in Hinckley

E.R.H. Roofing & Property Services is a roofing contractor based in Hinckley that works for homeowners across the Leicestershire and Warwickshire area. The company presents itself as experienced in roof repairs and roofing installations, and states that its team is skilled in all aspects of roofing. It offers what it describes as an honest, free inspection of the roof and fairly priced repairs or replacements.

The firm says it provides honest advice and detailed quotations, and that it aims to keep customers informed throughout each job. Its stated approach includes using high-quality roofing products to extend the life of the roof and reduce future repair costs.

Roofing services offered

The service list covers both repair work and full replacements, along with ancillary roofing elements:

• Roofing repairs: from filling small gaps and holes to repairing major leaks, with the aim of extending the lifespan of the existing roof.
• New roof installations: a range of roof installations intended to protect the home and improve its appearance and energy efficiency. The company states that a new roof includes free insulation.
• Dry ridge systems: mechanical fixing of ridge tiles without mortar, using unions, clamps, screws, washers and clips over a ventilation roll. The company says this makes the roof windproof, prevents loose tiles and provides discreet ventilation to help prevent condensation.
• Dry verge systems: interlocking dry verge caps screwed and fastened to the roof battens as an alternative to wet verge systems, which the company says crack and fall away over time. It notes that these roofs can be retrofitted and are described as virtually maintenance-free and long-lasting.
• Rubber roofing: EDM rubber roofing, presented as long-lasting, easy to maintain, resistant to extreme weather and 100% recyclable. The company says it can double the life expectancy of a roofing installation while minimising maintenance.
• Replacement gutters, soffits and fascias: upgrading these elements to help prevent water damage and related problems such as wood rot, with a choice of styles that can also improve the home's appearance.
