TruFirePit

TruFirePit and its smokeless fire pit range

TruFirePit is a UK-registered online shop specialising in a single core product: a smokeless fire pit marketed under the TruFirePit name. The company presents the unit as a premium outdoor piece built around an airflow system that produces what it describes as a cleaner, hotter secondary burn, with smoke reduced once the fire reaches temperature. The pit is offered in two finishes — Original Stainless Steel and a darker Charcoal — with the same claimed performance in both.

The range is deliberately narrow. Alongside the fire pit itself, the shop lists bundles that combine products at a stated saving, and a separate line of fire pit accessories. The site also references a cooking bundle and a lid among the add-ons customers can buy.

Construction and design details

The fire pit is made from 304 stainless steel, a grade the company highlights as the basis of its durability. Design features described on the site include flame-shaped cutouts around the base and on the stand, which serve both a decorative and an airflow function, and the TruFirePit logo on the front. The company states that the construction is intended to reduce the amount of firewood needed to reach a strong fire.

Weighing around 10 kg, the unit is presented as portable and ships with a carry case, so it can be moved between gardens, campsites or the beach. A base or stand is included at no extra cost; the company notes that other fire pits often charge separately for a stand. The stand lifts the hot base off the ground.

How the smokeless claim is presented

According to the product information, the fire pit becomes largely smokeless after a few minutes of operation, once the secondary burn is established. The company frames this as a way to avoid smoke smell and neighbour complaints while keeping a visible, crackling flame. Lighting instructions are kept simple: kindling and sticks to start, logs added afterwards, with a strong fire claimed within about five minutes.

Bundles, accessories and buying options

• Fire pits in Original Stainless Steel or Charcoal finish.
• Bundles combining multiple products at a stated 5% saving.
• Fire pit accessories sold separately.
• A cooking bundle and a lid referenced in customer feedback and product listings.

The shop runs seasonal promotions; at the time of writing this profile it advertised an autumn sale with 10% off everything, free 24-hour UK delivery and a stated end date of midnight on 31 October. Stock status is presented as restored across fire pits and accessories.

Warranty, delivery and company background

TruFirePit describes itself as a UK company with ambitions to grow internationally. It offers free UK delivery and a lifetime warranty on the fire pit, which it links to the absence of moving parts and the design of the unit. Customer support is handled by phone and email, and the site publishes refund and return, shipping and terms pages.
