Pro Load Solutions Ltd: removals from Grays across Essex, Kent and London

Pro Load Solutions Ltd is a removal company operating from Grays, in Essex, and serving the surrounding towns as well as destinations in Kent and London. The company presents itself as covering both domestic and commercial moves and describes an end-to-end service that spans the whole job. Its stated experience in the sector is over six years, and it declares itself fully insured.

The areas named in its coverage include Aveley, Basildon, Benfleet, Billericay, Brentwood, Canvey Island, Chafford Hundred, Chelmsford, Colchester, Dagenham, Dartford, London, Maidstone, Orsett, Purfleet, Rainham, Romford, South Ockendon, Southend-on-Sea, Stanford-le-Hope, Thurrock, Tilbury, Upminster and Wickford.

House and flat moves

The company handles moves from flats as well as from long-term family homes, and states that its team can deal with possessions of any size, from large items to small ones. Where required, it dismantles and reassembles large furniture. The same service is presented as suitable for people moving to or from Grays, whether the distance is local or across the country.

Office and commercial relocations

For businesses, Pro Load Solutions Ltd offers office moves in which it takes on the physical moving, loading and crate management, and also handles furniture disassembly. The company frames this as a way for clients to delegate a substantial part of the logistical burden of a relocation while keeping the operation tailored to their needs. It also notes that its staff are prepared to handle fragile items during these jobs.

Packing, storage and man and van

• Packing service: the company's packers prepare possessions for the move, including antiques and valuable items, using what it describes as high-quality materials for protection.
• Storage: safe and secure storage is offered to both domestic and commercial clients, for short-term use during a transition or for longer periods, in facilities that it says can accommodate items of all sizes in a clean and secure environment.
• Man and van: a flexible hire option aimed at smaller, more straightforward jobs such as student moves, where the company positions efficiency and affordability as the priorities.
• Dismantle and reassemble: a separate service for taking apart and rebuilding furniture as part of the move.

Long distance moves

Beyond local work in Essex, the company advertises long distance removals and states that it can cover both long- and short-range moves from various areas. The quote form distinguishes local Essex removals, long distance removals, office moves, storage, man and van, and assembly and disassembly as separate service categories.

Quotes and customer feedback

Pro Load Solutions Ltd offers free, no-obligation quotes and states that it provides free quotes within 24 hours, with a phone line for urgent enquiries. Its pricing is presented as competitive and bespoke to each job, on the argument that every move is different. The site displays a 5.0 rating attributed to Google Maps review data and verified by Trustindex, with individual reviews describing same-day flat moves, help with disassembling and reassembling a bed, and a case in which a completion delay forced the furniture to be redelivered on a later day.
