Packaging supplies from a Glasgow base

Packn.co.uk operates as a packaging supplier from an address in the Craigton Industrial Estate, Cardonald, Glasgow. The product catalogue is organised around the materials needed to pack, protect and dispatch goods: cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, tapes, mailing bags, envelopes, pallet wrap and void fill. The company presents itself as a source for both single orders and repeat trade purchasing, with a stated stock of over three million boxes.

Boxes and postal packaging

The box range is the largest part of the catalogue and is divided by board type and use. Single wall boxes appear in numerous dimensions, from small 110 x 110 x 110 mm mug boxes sold in packs of 50 to larger formats such as 469 x 331 x 240 mm. Double wall boxes, second hand boxes, bulk distribution boxes, wardrobe boxes and postal boxes are listed as separate categories. Postal boxes include white and brown styles, with examples such as 242 x 197 x 124 mm packs of 25 and a 1240 x 140 x 103 mm pack of 10. Pizza boxes of 584 x 381 x 180 mm are also listed among postal and single wall options.

Product pages carry technical attributes including board type, fluting, style, internal dimensions, bundle size and, in some cases, box volume in cubic centimetres and litres. A box finder and a guide on choosing the right cardboard box are provided to help match dimensions to contents.

Protective packaging and void fill

Bubble wrap is offered in small and large bubble formats and in several roll widths, including 500 mm, 600 mm, 1000 mm and 1500 mm, generally in 100-metre rolls. The protective packaging section also covers corrugate rolls, edge guards, garment covers and tissue paper. Void fill products are grouped separately for cushioning shipments.

Tape, mailing and palletising

Tape products include hand tape, machine tape and tape dispensers, with kraft paper tape cited as an eco-friendly option. Mailing supplies comprise document wallets, envelopes and mailing bags, while labels are listed as a distinct category. For palletised loads, the catalogue includes hand pallet wrap, machine pallet wrap and strapping.

Trade accounts and custom packaging

Packn.co.uk promotes open trade accounts with special pricing, regular deliveries and pre-booked stock solutions. Custom and bespoke boxes are offered alongside standard lines, and the company states a 24-48 hour delivery window for these services. Bulk orders can be sent by email to the sales address, and the site also provides a box finder tool and buying guides.
