From 1:01pm, waiting time is billed at £99 plus VAT per hour, pro-rated every 15 minutes: £24.75 plus VAT up to 15 minutes, £49.50 up to 30 minutes, £74.25 up to 45 minutes and £99 up to 60 minutes, with the hourly rate continuing for each further hour.

The optional, non-refundable Late Key Waiver costs a one-off £149 plus VAT and covers the customer until 5pm. After that time, the company states it will either return the contents to the original pickup premises or take them to a location or storage chosen by the customer within 10 miles of the intended delivery address. If the move rolls into the following day or another day, additional charges may apply.

Packing, materials and box rental
