Eluks

Eluks: sliding wardrobes and sofas sold online

Eluks is a family-run furniture brand operating an online store at eluks.co.uk. The company describes itself as a group of people who have devoted part of their working lives to furniture and customer service, and frames its offer around a single idea: handling the purchase from the moment an order is placed until the product is assembled. Its catalogue is concentrated on bedroom storage and living room seating rather than a broad furniture range.

Wardrobe collections and how they are configured

The wardrobe side of the business is organised into named collections, each presented as a line in its own right: Cosden by Eluks, Carli by Eluks, Delin by Eluks, Dervino by Eluks, Flavio by Eluks, Ovi by Eluks and Sky by Eluks. The range is built around sliding-door models, and several product names in the shop specify two or three doors, with Dervino also offered in a version with a mirror.

Buyers choose from a defined set of sizes and finishes rather than a fully bespoke specification. Widths listed are 100 cm, 120 cm, 150 cm, 180 cm and 200 cm. The colour options shown are white, black, Sonoma oak, grey, mink, Arvadonna, chestnut mix, black and white mix, white Sonoma oak mix, and Sonoma oak and white. The site also offers a separate tool for customers who want to build the wardrobe they have in mind.

Sofas, sofa beds and living room sets

Seating is grouped into L-shaped corner sofas, sofa beds and living room sets. Individual models named in the shop include the Montana three-seater sofa bed, the Santiego corner sofa bed, the Montana corner sofa bed and the Anefi corner sofa bed. The living room sets are sold under the names Set Lola, Set Wicky and Set Pablo, each listed across a price range rather than a single figure.

Delivery, assembly and payment

Eluks states that it handles transport itself, with its own drivers and a fleet of vehicles, and delivers orders directly to the customer's home. Delivery is advertised as free, with a separate page setting out the area in which that service operates. The company also points to assembly instructions intended to make self-assembly straightforward, and to technical advice and video clips as support material. Payment can be spread through 0% finance with Klarna.

Where else Eluks sells

Beyond its own website, the company describes itself as an active seller on eBay and Amazon, and states that it applies the same standards and buyer protection on those marketplaces as on its own store. The site also carries a knowledge base with articles on topics such as wardrobe storage layouts, choosing between drawers, shelves and hanging rails, and wardrobes with mirrors.

How the company presents itself

Eluks describes itself as a family-run brand and emphasises an individual approach to each customer, a wide product range and what it calls acquaintance in the industry as the elements that distinguish it. These are the company's own characterisations rather than independently verified claims. The site lists a registration certificate among its general information pages.
