Tick Tock Clocks

Tick Tock Clocks: an online clock shop based in West Sussex

Tick Tock Clocks is a family-owned and operated UK business that sells clocks through its website. Its catalogue is presented as a selection of more than 1,000 clocks from a range of brands, organised around the main types of clock used in homes: wall clocks, mantel clocks, garden clocks and alarm clocks. The company states that delivery within the UK is free.

The business is registered at Ford Lane Business Park in Ford, West Sussex, and operates under the ticktockclocks.co.uk domain. Its commercial presentation combines a broad product catalogue with a price-matching policy and a stated refund policy.

Wall clocks and decorative styles

Wall clocks form the largest visible part of the catalogue. The range is grouped by style, with a dedicated retro section and a modern line described as featuring clean lines and transitional styles that sit between classic and contemporary aesthetics. The site frames the choice of a wall clock as a decorative decision for kitchens, home offices and other rooms.

Among the wall clocks listed on the site at the time of writing were the Cheltenham Outdoor Wall Clock (58 cm), the Westminster Chime Radio Controlled Wall Clock (39 cm), the Glass Stripe Wall Clock (31 cm) and the Orion Silent Sweeping White Wall Clock (32 cm). The Cheltenham model carried a price of £32.95, reduced from £38.95, and the Westminster chime model was priced at £101.95, down from £119.95. The Glass Stripe was listed at £49.96 and the Orion at £28.95, reduced from £30.95.

Alarm clocks and bedside clocks

A separate section covers alarm clocks, presented as bedside accessories where design matters alongside function. The selection includes vintage-style dials, polished chrome finishes, colourful models and minimalist designs.

The products shown in this section included the Saxon Wind-Up Twin Bell Alarm Clock (16 cm) at £20.95, reduced from £21.95; the Folding Travel Alarm Clock (7 cm) in silver at £10.95, reduced from £21.95; and the Retro Beige Sweeping Alarm Clock (9 cm) at £13.95.

Garden clocks and other categories

Beyond wall and alarm clocks, the company's own description of its catalogue includes mantel clocks and garden clocks. The outdoor wall clock listed among the featured products illustrates the garden and outdoor segment of the range.

Buying policies and customer feedback

The site advertises next-day delivery, a price-match promise under the heading "Found it Cheaper? We'll Beat it", and a "No Quibble Refund Policy". It also displays a Google customer rating of 4.6 stars, described as "Rated Exceptional by Google: 4.6★". Three customer reviews are reproduced on the page, dated 17 March 2024, 31 May and 21 September, in which buyers comment on the appearance of the clocks, the customer service and the value for money of the product range.
