Best at Flooring

Best at Flooring: online flooring retail from named brands

Best at Flooring is a British online retailer of flooring and installation accessories. Its catalogue is organised around three main product families — luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), laminate and engineered wood — supported by a separate accessories section covering underlay, adhesives, skirting and scotia, trims and profiles, floor care and floor finishes. The site presents the business as a stockist recognised by its suppliers, and lists the brands it carries rather than manufacturing under its own label.

Luxury vinyl tiles

The LVT range is the broadest area of the catalogue. Brands named include Karndean, Quick-Step, Amtico, Invictus, Palio by Karndean, Victoria Design Floors, Elka, Kahrs, Moduleo, Polyflor, Pure Vinyls, Sanders & Fink, Luvanto and Floorify. Products are filtered by look (wood effect, stone effect, herringbone, parquet, marble, mosaic and abstract), by colour (black, dark grey, light, medium and white) and by installation method: glue down, click and looselay.

Laminate and engineered wood

Laminate brands listed are Quick-Step, Kronotex, Classen, Elka, Egger and Pure Laminate. The laminate catalogue is sorted by style (plank, herringbone, parquet, rustic, tile, waterproof or water resistant, and whitewash), by colour, and by thickness from 7 mm to 12 mm, with a separate wide-plank category. Engineered wood is grouped by brand (Pure Woods, Kahrs, Quick-Step, V4 Wood Flooring, Elka, Victoria Design Floors, Vittoria Flooring and Abingdon Flooring), by finish (lacquered, oiled, unfinished, brushed and hand scraped), by wood species (oak, walnut, ash and maple) and by plank thickness from 10 mm and below up to 20 mm and above, including narrow, wide and herringbone formats.

Accessories and floor care

The accessories section is organised by brand and by type. Brands named include Karndean, Amtico, Kahrs, Victoria Design Floors, Invictus, Bona, Elka, Luvanto, Quick-Step, Sanders & Fink, QA Flooring, Osmo, Moduleo and Floorify. The types covered are underlay, adhesives, skirting and scotia, trims and profiles, floor care and floor finishes, with the range also browsable by the flooring type each accessory is intended for.
