Air source heat pump installation in Surrey and the South East

UK Renewables specialises in domestic air source heat pump (ASHP) installations. The company presents the technology as a low-carbon heating option that can be up to four times more efficient than LPG, oil, electricity and gas boilers, and it highlights the availability of a Government grant of £7,500 towards installation costs. Its service covers the supply and fitting of the heat pump together with a new hot water tank, radiator upgrades where needed and smart heating controls.

The company states that it is currently installing in Surrey, Hampshire and South East London, while a separate line on the site refers to installations across Hertfordshire, Surrey and South East London. It also operates a heat pump enquiry route and publishes a portfolio of past heat pump projects.

Plumbing for homes and developments

Under the UK Plumbing name, the same operation provides plumbing services for domestic clients and for development or commercial projects. The team describes working directly with clients to understand project requirements and budgets, and advising on the plumbing and heating aspects of a build. The plumbing side covers boilers and heating installations, bathroom installations, air conditioning and the installation and maintenance of air source heat pumps.

For air conditioning, the company offers a five-step enquiry form designed to gather room sizes, preferred system and installation requirements in order to produce a tailored quote.

What customers have reported

The site reproduces reviews attributed to named clients. One describes the replacement of an old boiler and tank system with a combi boiler, completed on time and to a high standard, with the engineers tidying as they worked. Another covers a three-day water cylinder installation, praising punctuality, clear explanations and cleanliness. A third refers to a boiler and heating system relocated during a loft conversion, a new bathroom suite fitted, and a return visit to complete the job at no extra cost after the suite was damaged; the same client mentions a subsequent annual boiler service. A further review describes a boiler replacement arranged within days, from quote on Tuesday to installation by Thursday.
