Caravan Auto Shop

Caravan Auto Shop: parts, awnings and workshop care for caravans and motorhomes

Caravan Auto Shop is a UK business combining an online parts and accessories store with a workshop offering servicing, repairs and warranty work for caravans and motorhomes of all makes and models. The company presents itself as family run since 1982 and describes its parts operation as producing caravan and motorhome components since 2005. Its stated focus is genuine spare parts, reliable delivery and expert fitment.

Workshop services

The service side covers full-service auto repair and maintenance, advanced diagnostics and torque calibration, and fitting of premium parts with what the company calls factory-level precision. Work is booked by appointment, and the site presents servicing, repairs and warranties as available across all makes and models.

Awnings and outdoor equipment

Awnings form one of the largest areas of the catalogue. The range spans traditional full-size awnings, driveaway designs, seasonal pitch awnings, lightweight porch options and inflatable systems. The company identifies itself as a certified Dorema Megastore and stocks brands including Vango, Sunncamp, Dometic, Kampa, Isabella and Camptech. Individual listings at the time of writing included the Vango Riviera Air 330 Elements ProShield, the Isabella Ventura Air W400, the Dometic Club Deluxe Air Pro DA driveaway and the Camptech Kensington Size 16 all-season air awning, among others. The site also advertised up to 30% off retractable awnings in a limited promotion.

Parts, accessories and technical equipment

Beyond awnings, the shop groups its stock into awnings and accessories, hobs and cookers, air conditioning, manoeuvring and levelling, gas and heating, TV and electrical, and furniture and fittings. The parts catalogue is weighted towards AL-KO stabiliser and chassis components, with listings such as 15-inch and 16-inch spare wheel carriers, Arex Light plastic steady legs, Click-Fix steady legs, handbrake cables and a Ford Transit towbar. Air conditioning stock includes Dometic and Truma equipment, among them the FreshJet 2200 and 3000, the FreshLight 2200, the Freshwell 3000 and DC kits for various Dometic models.

Trade supply and delivery

The company states that it supplies parts to caravan and motorhome workshops across the UK, addressing both trade professionals and individual caravan owners. Standard delivery is offered free on orders over £100, and the site advertises UK-wide delivery. A Sheffield showroom is mentioned for customers seeking advice on awnings in person.

Pricing and price matching

Product pages show discounted prices against original list prices, with reductions typically in the single digits to low twenties percent depending on the item. The shop also advertises a price match under the line "Seen it cheaper?", alongside the free-delivery threshold.
