How the company presents its terms

McMillan Electrical advertises a set of commitments on its site: punctuality, a 5/5 star rating, no hidden fees, speedy quotes and a one-year warranty. It also offers a free quote request through a form that asks for name, email, phone number, post code and details of the work, and publishes a downloadable checklist for choosing a qualified electrician.

Reputation and customer feedback

The site reports a rating of 5/5 based on more than 88 online reviews and states that the company has over 300 happy customers. Three testimonials are reproduced, all referring to work led by Ron and his team: a full house rewire carried out while the clients were living in the property, a job completed to a high standard, and a project praised for fair pricing and tidiness afterwards.

Who the service is aimed at

The company explicitly addresses homeowners, landlords and businesses, and its portfolio of services spans domestic installations, commercial fit-outs and industrial wiring. The combination of safety inspections, thermal imaging and fire alarm work points to clients who need compliance-oriented checks as well as new installations.
