EpicAir Ltd: online ventilation supply from Cranbrook, Kent

EpicAir Ltd is a specialist supplier of home ventilation equipment operating from Unit 4 Hartley Dyke Business Centre in Cranbrook, Kent. The company states it has been trading online since 2007 and describes itself as one of the few approved online suppliers for several ventilation brands. Its catalogue combines domestic ventilation systems and components with HVAC-R tools and equipment, and it also runs a design service for central ventilation.

Approved supplier status across ventilation brands

The company presents itself as an approved online supplier of Airflow, Nuaire, Titon, Greenwood Airvac, Zehnder and Vent-Axia, covering central systems as well as bathroom and shower fans. For kitchen extraction it works with Falmec and Elica cooker hoods. It also identifies itself as a main supplier of Veto Pro Pac tool bags and Aspen Pumps, and states that the majority of those ranges are held in stock.

MVHR advice, design and supply

Beyond straightforward product sales, EpicAir offers a design service and supply for central ventilation systems. The site groups this activity under MVHR advice, design and supply, and maintains an information centre with articles on MVHR ventilation systems. A dedicated email address, mvhr@epicair.co.uk, is published for MVHR enquiries, separate from the general sales contact.

Ducting, filters, fans and hidden diffusers

The product structure covers a full range of ducting types for residential ventilation, genuine manufacturer-supplied MVHR filters, and fans divided into bathroom, kitchen and purge categories. Hidden diffusers appear as a distinct line. Filters are organised by size, with oversized and standard options listed alongside ducting rolls.

HVAC-R tools and refrigerant equipment

A separate HVAC-R section addresses system support and installation, with ancillaries for refrigerant recovery, vacuum pumps, gauges and oils, leak detection, charging scales, refrigerant and stainless steel hose, tube tools, brazing and welding equipment, nitrogen and CO2 pressure testing, and temperature and testing equipment. Servicing, repair and calibration ancillaries are also listed, together with JAVAC EDGE hand tools and McAlpine knee pads. Maintenance and cleaners, a blade sharpener and the KWIX Revivablade complete this side of the catalogue.

Brands stocked

Alongside the ventilation manufacturers already named, the brand index includes Airfree, Advanced Chemicals, Air Diffusers, BIG FOOT Systems, Bosch, Blueair, Clyde-Apac Air Filtration, Envirograf, Ergovent, Manrose, Nikolatesla, Steel Blue, Testo, Pioneer Tools, Unilite, The Clean Boot and Veto Pro Pac. Aspen XTRA is broken down into pipe support, ancillaries, controls and condenser support, while Aspen Pumps is split into boiler, Micro V, peristaltic, Silent+, supermarket, mini and tank pump ranges.

Tool bags and site equipment

The Veto Pro Pac range is organised by trade and by bag type, including backpacks, blackout bags, build out bags and panels, camo bags, cargo totes, contractor open/closed bags, hi-vis bags, laptop and tablet bags, the M Series, marine soft base bags, meter bags, parts bags, pouches, Special Ops, Tech Series, Veto Gear, wheeler bags and wrencher bags.

Delivery, returns and purchasing

EpicAir states that most orders qualify for a next working day delivery service because the majority of ranges are stocked, and that warranty information remains valid when purchasing through the company. It advertises fast UK and European delivery, a 30-day returns policy and UK-based phone support. Payments are handled through Shopify, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna and the major card schemes listed. The site also offers technical downloads, including a ventilation guide, a filter guide, information on Elica install heights and Part F of the Building Regulations.
