Excellence 2U, home improvements in Staffordshire

Excellence 2U Ltd is a family-run home improvement business based in Staffordshire. The company states that it has more than 28 years of experience in the home improvement sector and describes its offer as a service portfolio that includes bespoke survey and design. Its stated aim is to turn a house into what it calls an excellent home, and it presents itself as a specialist in first-class home improvements.

The business operates through a single contact telephone line and an email address, and it invites prospective customers to arrange a free design survey and quotation. It also runs a blog and a gallery of work on its website.

Windows, doors and glazing

Glazing is a central part of the catalogue. The company lists windows and doors among its services, with doors available in UPVC and composite, and patio and French door options. Double glazing appears both in the general service description and in the product list, and conservatories are offered as a separate line.

Roofing and exterior structures

On the roofing side, Excellence 2U covers flat roofs and conservatory warm roofs, also described as conservatory insulated roofs. The exterior range extends to UPVC fascias, soffits, guttering and cladding, as well as canopies and carports. The company presents these as part of a broader exterior package rather than isolated repairs.

Driveways, patios and landscaping

Hard landscaping is another area of activity. The company installs driveways in block paving, tarmac and Indian stone, together with pathways and patio areas. Landscaping and artificial grass complete the outdoor offer, and home refurbishments are listed among the services as well.

Discounts and finance

The website advertises an NHS discount of 20% off or free upgrades. According to the terms published there, the 20% discount applies to all products and services but excludes any existing offers featured on the website, and it is subject to the company's normal terms and conditions.

Excellence 2U Ltd describes itself as an introducer appointed representative of Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd, trading as Ideal4Finance. Ideal Sales Solutions is identified as a credit broker rather than a lender, with reference number FRN 703401. Finance is available subject to status, and the rate offered is described as provisional, depending on personal circumstances, the loan amount and the term.
