Choice Stationery: online ink, toner and paper supply from Chorley

Choice Stationery is an online retailer of printer consumables and paper operating under the trading name Choice Stationery Supplies, a trading name of Badger Office Supplies Limited. The company presents itself as serving households, businesses, schools and charities, and states that it has been trading since 2006. Its catalogue is organised into three main groups: printer ink cartridges, toner cartridges and copier and photo paper.

The range is presented as exceeding 30,000 products, with cartridges available both as original-brand items and under the company's own Think Alternative label. Brands named in the catalogue include Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, Samsung, Xerox, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta, Dell, Kodak, Panasonic, Philips, Pitney Bowes, Utax, Olivetti, Compaq, Advent, Apple and IBM, among others listed in the printer selector.

Ink cartridges, toner and paper

The site breaks its stock into three categories with their own product counts. Printer ink cartridges form the largest group, described as 22,400+ SKUs of original and Think Alternative inkjet cartridges for Brother, Canon, Epson and HP printers sold in the UK, with prices starting from £3.49. Toner cartridges cover mono and colour laser printing for major brands, listed at 6,800+ SKUs and from £8.88, with the company stating savings of up to 90% on compatible alternatives. The paper category, at 1,200+ SKUs and from £5.99, includes A4, A3 and A5 formats, photo paper, card, copier and laser paper, continuous paper, labelling tape, speciality output media and a Ledesma Natural line presented as sustainable.

A printer-model selector lets customers choose make, family and model to see compatible cartridges, and there is also a search by ink or toner cartridge code.

The Think Alternative own-brand range

Think Alternative is the company's own-brand line of compatible cartridges. According to the site, these are independently tested to deliver the same page yield and print quality as the originals at a lower price, with savings claimed of up to 90%. The range carries a 1-for-1 full replacement guarantee for defects, handled directly with the customer, and a 100% money-back guarantee.

Multipacks are promoted as a further saving route. The site gives the example of the Think Alternative Epson 603XL, where a single cartridge costs £27.99, one multipack £22.99, two multipacks £22.00 each and three or more £20.99 each, a saving of up to £7.00 compared with buying singly. The company states it stocks hundreds of ink and toner multipacks.
