Knoops

Hot and cold chocolate drinks

Knoops serves chocolate drinks in stores and sells chocolate flakes and drink-making products online. Its menu lets customers select a chocolate percentage and a drink style, with options for hot chocolate and cold or iced drinks. The range includes white, milk, dark and extra-dark chocolate at strengths from 28% to 100%, with origins such as Colombia, Venezuela, Peru and the Philippines represented in selected flakes. Menu ingredients and availability can vary by store.

Chocolate flakes, makers and accessories

The online shop offers flakes in different percentages and origins, starter sets, bundles, gift sets, marshmallows, cacao tea, festive spice mixes and chocolate toppers. Tools include hot-chocolate shakers, whisks, scoops, tins and electric makers from brands such as Dualit and Smeg. Gift cards and seasonal products are also listed. Product pages describe the blend, cocoa percentage, origin and size so customers can choose flakes for their preferred drink.

Find a personal chocolate percentage

Knoops provides a chocolate-matching guide to help customers choose a percentage and style that suit their taste. The company's tasting concept, called Knoopology, and its recipes show ways to use chocolate flakes at home, including iced mocha and chocolate affogato. Customers can explore the drinks menu online or in person and try different cocoa strengths; exact recipes, milk options, toppings and prices are provided through the current store menu.

Cafés, locations and loyalty

Knoops lists stores in London neighbourhoods including Chelsea, Covent Garden, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Notting Hill, as well as locations outside London such as Rye, York, Brighton, Cambridge and Manchester. The store locator provides current branches and visitor details. The brand also offers a loyalty app, mailing list and information about its flagship location and company story. Opening hours and menu availability are store-specific and should be checked before visiting.

Online ordering and company resources

Knoops combines café service with an online shop, recipes, company stories, a drinks menu, store finder, customer support and careers information. The website offers delivery and gift options for chocolate flakes and accessories, while its storefront displays current prices and stock. Shipping, returns and product availability vary by order and destination; customers can review the relevant terms and checkout details before purchasing.
