Roomsense Kitchens: fitted kitchens from a Cheshunt showroom

Roomsense Kitchens is a UK retailer of fitted kitchens trading as Roomsense Limited, registered in England with its head office and showroom at 23 Fairways, Brookfield Centre, Cheshunt. Alongside kitchens, the company's catalogue extends to bedrooms and bathrooms, including modular, fitted and freestanding bathroom furniture and bathroom suites.

The company presents itself as offering more than 130 affordable kitchens and describes its designer fitted kitchens as built to high standards. Its stated proposition combines a free kitchen design visit, delivery within seven days on most ranges (subject to survey and availability) and a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on cabinets.

Cabinet specification

Roomsense details the construction of its cabinetry: colour-coordinated cabinets across most ranges, a choice of 720 mm or tall 900 mm wall units, a wide selection of cabinet widths and drawer units from 300 mm to 1000 mm. Fittings include Blum Clip Top BLUMOTION soft-close hinges, Blum Antaro drawer boxes with BLUMOTION soft close and deep pan drawers with 8 mm thick clear glass sides.

Finishing touches, worktops and appliances

Beyond carcasses and doors, the range covers kitchen door handles in modern and traditional styles, worktops presented as the finishing surface for an individual look, storage accessories, appliances and sinks. The company frames its appliances as quality products built to last.

Design service and brochures

A free home design visit can be booked, and a kitchen designer is available to discuss contemporary kitchen ideas. Roomsense also offers a free 2026 kitchen brochure, requested by phone or email, with separate brochure requests for bedrooms and bathrooms.

Finance arrangements

Roomsense Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 783544) as a credit broker rather than a lender, offering credit from a panel of lenders and possibly receiving commission. The options described are:

• Interest-free credit over 36 months at 0% APR.
• Buy now pay later over 96 months with a six-month non-payment period starting from delivery; settling in full within that period incurs a £49 administration fee, otherwise the remaining credit is spread over 96 months at 13.9% representative APR.
• Interest-bearing credit over 60 or 120 months, quoted at up to 120 months and 9.9% representative APR, with a worked example on an order of £5,500.

Credit is subject to status and affordability, with terms and conditions and a minimum spend, and is available only to UK residents over 18.
