To & Fro Removals & Storage: Cardiff removals covering the UK

To & Fro Removals & Storage is a removals company based in Cardiff, South Wales, that states it covers the whole of the UK. Its own presentation describes the business as well established in the South Wales and South West areas, and it adds that it will travel further when required, noting that distance is not an issue. The company frames its work around making a move, from a single item to a full house, as stress-free as possible.

Its stated scope runs from a single item to a full house move, and it also carries out commercial premises moves. The firm summarises this range with the phrase that no job is too big or too small.

Moving services offered

The company lists a broad set of removal and related services:

• Single item collection
• Flat pack collections and assembly
• Furniture collections
• House moves and flat moves
• Student moves
• Commercial moves
• House clearances
• Packing services and packing supplies

Packing, materials and protection

To & Fro offers either a full packing service or the supply of packing materials alone. The materials it says it provides range from small boxes to extra-large boxes, and include wardrobe boxes so clothes can be transported on their hangers. Floor protection for all carpets and wood flooring is described as standard and supplied by the company.

Insurance, staff and waste handling

The company states that it is fully insured with all the relevant insurances, so that belongings are covered from start to finish and from A to B. It describes its removal teams as fully uniformed, with the experience and training needed to maintain its standards, and says a support team is available from start to finish to answer questions.

To & Fro also states that it is a fully licensed waste carrier and that it always uses the appropriate recycling centres. Separately, it says it works alongside several charities, donating unwanted furniture where and when it can and assisting with their transportation needs.

Quotes and pricing approach

The company advertises free, no-obligation quotes. It says its support team explains the process from the first point of contact and that customers are told how their needs are assessed. It presents its prices as reasonable and describes its pricing as straightforward, with no hidden fees.

Reputation as presented by the company

To & Fro refers to 5-star Trustpilot and Google reviews and to fully uniformed staff delivering a professional service throughout. These are the company's own claims about its standing rather than an independent assessment.
