Aluminium glazing design, supply and installation from Canvey Island

Robertson Glazing & Home Improvements Ltd. is a family-run business based in Essex that concentrates on premium aluminium glazing. Its stated clients are homeowners, builders, developers and architects, and the company describes its offer as a single process running from initial survey and bespoke design through to installation and aftercare, carried out by an in-house team. The firm says it works across Essex, Kent and London.

The company was launched in 2020 by Lee Robertson, who had spent around twenty years with what it describes as one of the UK's leading window and door manufacturers, covering production, installation and on-site troubleshooting. Rebecca Robertson handles office management and customer service, with a background in local authority casework, the Parliamentary & Health Ombudsman's office and the NHS. The business states that 99% of its work arrives through recommendation and that it has completed more than 1,000 projects for home and office builders across the UK.

Product range: windows, doors and glazed structures

The catalogue is built around aluminium systems, presented as chosen for performance, durability and clean design. The range covers:

• Aluminium windows
• Door systems
• Roof lanterns for bringing in natural light
• Bi-folding doors
• Sliding patio doors for wide openings
• Heritage-style glazing that keeps period character while meeting modern performance standards
• Secondary glazing for insulation and noise reduction
• Conservatories
• Fully insulated garden rooms for year-round use

Exterior and roofline work

Beyond glazing, the company installs roofline and exterior products: fascias, soffits and guttering for protection and drainage, and cladding to protect surfaces and improve exterior finishes. This extends the service from window and door replacement into broader exterior upgrades for homes and commercial properties.

Certification, guarantees and finance

Robertson Glazing states that it is a registered member of the Assure Competent Persons Scheme and can issue official Fenestration certification. It offers a 10-year guarantee on all products used in a project and mentions insurance-backed guarantees as available. Finance options are offered over terms from 1 to 10 years. The company also reports a 4.8-star rating and refers to TrustPilot and Google as the sources of its reviews.

How the company presents its method

The firm summarises its approach in four points: clear, transparent pricing; high-quality aluminium systems; an experienced installation team; and a clean, professional finish. It frames the service as suited both to modern extensions and to full home transformations, and states that it handles repairs and replacements as well as new installations for residential and commercial properties.
