Boxes2u: Cardboard Boxes and Packaging Supplies from Manchester

Boxes2u operates from Manchester as a supplier of cardboard boxes, postal packaging, eco packaging and related consumables. The company presents itself as one of the UK's leading suppliers in its segment and states that all of its corrugated cardboard boxes are manufactured in the UK. Its catalogue is aimed at both personal and business needs, covering everything from a single box to pallet quantities.

The range is organised around several packaging families: cardboard boxes, postal boxes, mailing envelopes, tapes, polythene and paper bags, bubble wrap and voidfill, and office supplies. Within each family, the site lists specific formats and materials, such as single and double wall cardboard boxes, Royal Mail large letter boxes, parcel-sized boxes for carriers including Hermes, DPD and DHL, padded envelopes, mailing bags in various colours, packing tapes, thermal labels and janitorial supplies.

Postal packaging adapted to carrier requirements

A significant part of the offer focuses on packaging designed to meet the size and format requirements of postal and courier services. The catalogue includes Royal Mail Maximisers, Royal Mail large letter, small parcel and medium parcel boxes, as well as brown and white postal boxes, long cardboard boxes and specific parcel-sized boxes for Hermes, DPD and DHL. It also offers guides for Royal Mail large letter, small parcel and medium parcel formats, along with packaging guides for Hermes, DPD and DHL, and an Amazon FBA essentials section.

Custom and bespoke boxes

Through Boxes2u Bespoke, the company manufactures custom cardboard boxes, including printed die-cut boxes with an optional self-seal format. The bespoke service covers transit boxes, moving home boxes, display units, subscription boxes and removal boxes, among other types. Custom manufacturing requires a minimum order of 1,000 boxes.

Order flexibility and delivery

The company emphasises flexible purchasing: it caters to hobbyists and start-ups that cannot meet the high minimum orders associated with other packaging suppliers, allowing them to buy smaller quantities from a wide range of stock boxes held in its warehouse. It also offers bulk purchase discounts, pallet deals and same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM. Delivery options include next-day and weekend delivery, and the company ships to the Republic of Ireland and Europe as well as the UK. Free UK delivery applies to orders over £100.
