Spaces for each part of the day

The venue describes a sequence of spaces used across a wedding day. The Stag Retreat is designated as the groom's preparation space.

Guests arrive through the Oak Porch and a reinstated 1820s pathway into the Atrium, where they are welcomed by the groom and ushers before gathering on the Sun Terrace. The ceremony can take place in the 1920s Orangery, a naturally light space, or outside on the West Lawn under a gazebo.

Drinks receptions can be held on the Sun Terrace, West Lawn and South Lawn, or at the front of the Manor House. In inclement or wintery weather, the Atrium and Orangery provide an indoor setting with views across the grounds and rolling hills. The wedding breakfast is served in the Oak Barn, which has an oak frame and glazed walls looking towards the Malverns and the distant Cotswolds.

For the evening, the Oak Barn and Atrium are interlinked and transform into a party space, with state-of-the-art lighting, fairy lights and a central dancefloor. A Kids' Den is also available. At the end of the celebrations, guests can move to on-site B&B accommodation just steps away, including East Lodge, The Chalet and West Lodge.

Catering and drinks

Couples can design their own wedding breakfast and evening street food menus with the venue's caterers, Jenkinsons. The wedding breakfast is described as ranging from relaxed sharing platters and homely favourites to elegant multi-course dining. Evening street food is also available.

A key feature of the offer is the absence of daytime corkage: couples can bring their own drinks throughout the wedding day until the end of the wedding breakfast, covering reception drinks through to toast drinks. The Atrium Bar is fully stocked and sells at local pub prices.

Accommodation on site

B&B accommodation is available on site for up to 24 guests across more than 10 rooms. Exclusive venue hire is priced from £2,950 to £9,950 depending on the day and season. The venue states that there are no service charges and that VAT is always included in venue, food, drink and B&B pricing. Daytime corkage is zero.
