AMS Window Cleaning

AMS Window Cleaning: exterior cleaning for homes and businesses in Bristol

AMS Window Cleaning is a small, family-run company based in Bristol that was established in 1990. It describes itself as a time-served provider of domestic and commercial window cleaning, supported by a wider set of exterior maintenance services. Its stated coverage extends across Bristol and the surrounding South West locations, and it works on properties ranging from small bungalows to large office blocks.

The company presents itself as taking on jobs of any size, from first-floor work to high level cleaning, and offers its services either as one-off jobs or on contracted, scheduled arrangements.

Cleaning services offered

The service list published on the site covers both glass and the surrounding fabric of a building:

• Commercial window cleaning
• Domestic window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning, clearance and maintenance
• High level cleaning
• Cladding cleaning
• Conservatory cleaning
• Driveway jet washing
• Solar panel cleaning

High level work is presented as a speciality, aimed in particular at Bristol's high-rise buildings, while the company stresses that it handles properties of all shapes and sizes.

Drone surveys for roofing and guttering

AMS Window Cleaning also offers professional drone surveys across Bristol and the South West. According to the company, trained operators use high-resolution aerial imaging to assess roofing, guttering, fascia boards and high level structures without scaffolding or cherry pickers. The surveys are intended to identify blockages, damage, wear or potential problem areas, and are positioned as support for planned gutter maintenance, roofing assessments and preventative care on both domestic and commercial properties.

Clients and sectors served

The company states that it works with property management companies, local businesses, office managers, care homes, nurseries, dealerships and hotels around Bristol. It also names the Royal Photographic Society and Crux Design Office among its clients, describing its role as helping them present properties clean and ready to make an impression.

Accreditation, insurance and safety

AMS Window Cleaning describes itself as fully insured and as a SafeContractor approved member of SSIP. Its staff have completed Health and Safety and RAMS training courses, and the company says it has access to maintained cherry pickers and specialist harnesses. It frames this as relevant to Bristol businesses and property maintenance companies that need high level cleaning or gutter maintenance and must meet their own oversight, safety and site security obligations.

Experience and working approach

Alongside the 1990 founding date, the company refers to more than 40 years of experience at its disposal. It presents itself as a knowledgeable team offering friendly advice and as willing to go beyond the basic job in pursuit of customer satisfaction. The site also carries a reviews section and a gallery of completed commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning and cladding cleaning work.
