Gathering Point Games

Gathering Point Games: TCG singles and a gaming centre in the UK

Gathering Point Games is a British retailer focused on trading card game singles. Its online catalogue is organised by game, with dedicated sections for Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, One Piece, Flesh and Blood and DBS Fusion World, each split between in-stock items and the full product list. The store presents itself as "The UK's Fastest Growing TCG Singles Store", a claim that reflects its own positioning rather than an independent measure.

How the singles catalogue is structured

Listings are built around individual cards rather than sealed product. Each entry shows the set, card type, rarity and cost, and buyers can choose among several conditions: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played and Damaged, with a foil option for each. The catalogue also includes a wishlist function and a quick-view panel for inspecting a card before adding it to the cart.

Among the cards displayed in the top-sellers section at the time of writing were Bolas's Citadel from Love Your LGS 2021, Mind Stone and Fabled Passage from Wizards Play Network 2021, Omnath, Locus of All from March of the Machine, Reliquary Tower from Love Your LGS 2020, Thundering Falls from Murders at Karlov Manor, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose from the 30th Anniversary Promos, Witch Enchanter from Modern Horizons 3 and Enduring Vitality from Duskmourn: House of Horror. Prices shown ranged from £0.50 to £14.00, and some items appeared marked as sold out.

Buying, selling and searching

Beyond straightforward purchasing, the site provides an advanced search tool for locating specific cards and a buylist section, through which the shop takes in cards from customers. A set of published policies covers refunds, privacy and terms of service, and the checkout calculates shipping and taxes at the cart stage.

The gaming centre and events

Gathering Point Games also runs a physical gaming centre, where tables are offered for hire every day. The venue is presented as a space for events, and bookings are handled directly with the shop; an event calendar is published at the bottom of the website. This side of the business complements the online singles trade and gives the store a local presence for players.
